I’m Alice Matthews, a Mindset & EFT Coach, and I support people who want to stop repeating old patterns and start feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident in their everyday lives.
Using a combination of mindset coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), I help you work with both the conscious and subconscious drivers behind what’s keeping you stuck, so change feels possible, not forced.
This work isn’t about positive thinking or pushing through fear. It’s about creating real, lasting shifts at a nervous system level.

What to Expect
Most people begin with a free discovery call, giving us space to explore what’s happening for you and whether we’re a good fit to work together.
From there, we focus on what’s most relevant for you right now. Many clients start with a short series of sessions designed to:
calm your nervous system
bring awareness to what’s driving your patterns
help you move forward with greater ease and confidence
Sessions are available via Zoom or in person, by request.

Workshops & Group Sessions
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also offer in-person and online workshops that combine EFT, journalling, and gentle mindset practices.
