I support organisations through structured wellbeing workshops designed to help employees regulate stress, calm the nervous system and regain focus during the working day.

These sessions are practical and experiential, grounded in current understanding of stress physiology and emotional regulation. They are designed to support real change without overwhelm, offering employees tools they can use immediately — even in high-pressure environments.

This work is not about pushing through, positive thinking, or putting people on the spot. It’s about creating conditions where the nervous system can settle, clarity can return, and people can respond rather than react.

How the Sessions Work

Sessions combine gentle education, guided practices and practical tools to support nervous system regulation. Techniques may include EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), guided grounding or regulation exercises, visualisation, and reflective practices such as journalling.

Everything is delivered in a way that is accessible and psychologically safe. Participants are never put on the spot and are free to engage at their own pace. No prior experience is required.

While the sessions are grounded in science, they are intentionally kept clear and human — avoiding jargon or anything that feels abstract or uncomfortable in a workplace setting.

Workshop Formats & Delivery

Workshops are available in the following formats:

• 60-minute guided wellbeing sessions
• 90-minute workshops
• Half-day workshops
• Full-day workshops

Sessions can be delivered as one-off workshops or as part of an ongoing programme.

When delivered as a monthly series, workshops support nervous system regulation over time. This allows techniques to become more familiar, embodied and easier to access in day-to-day working life, helping skills move beyond intellectual understanding into practical, sustainable habits.

Delivery is available in person or online, depending on organisational needs.

About the Facilitator

Alice Matthews
ICF PCC Accredited Coach and Level 2 EFT Practitioner

Alice is a professional mindset coach with over four years’ experience supporting individuals and groups to reduce stress, build resilience and develop emotional regulation skills.

She combines coaching with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to work with both the conscious and subconscious drivers of stress, helping change feel possible rather than forced. Her approach is calm, practical and respectful, meeting people where they are and creating space for meaningful, lasting shifts.
