Mindset Coaching

Coaching is a space for honesty, clarity, and growth.
It’s where we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, he patterns, fears, and beliefs that might be quietly steering your life.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.
It’s about uncovering what’s already within you and learning how to move forward with confidence and self-trust.

Together, we’ll work on what matters most to you, whether that’s finding direction, building confidence, or making brave changes in your personal or professional life.

EFT (Tapping)

EFT works with the body’s energy system to calm your nervous system and release emotional blocks.
By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on your thoughts or feelings, you can ease anxiety, dissolve old fears, and create space for new possibilities.

Many people describe EFT as “a reset for the mind and body.”
It’s gentle, fast, and deeply effective, helping you feel grounded and more at ease in yourself.

Session length: 75 minutes
Format: Zoom (or in-person by request)

  • Transformational Coaching (12 weeks): Deep, lasting transformation for those ready to rewrite old stories and step fully into who they are.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

  • Recommended: 3-session series to gently clear emotional layers and nervous system tension.

  • Single sessions: Available for quick relief or a mini reset, though lasting change is best achieved with a short series.

Combining coaching and EFT is especially powerful, we can explore the beliefs or blocks holding you back, then release them so transformation flows faster and more deeply.
