Hello, I’m Alice, an ICF PCC-accredited Mindset Coach and EFT Practitioner. I support individuals and organisations to reduce stress, build confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.
For much of my life, I knew what it felt like to live with self-doubt and fear, fear of failure, of being seen, of not feeling enough. Over time, these patterns showed up as anxiety and an unhealthy relationship with myself, until I reached a point where something had to change.
Rather than continuing to shrink, I chose to grow.
Through years of coaching, EFT, and learning to quiet the constant noise in my mind, I rebuilt trust in myself. What once felt overwhelming gradually softened, making space for calm, confidence, and a steadier sense of inner safety.
As my mindset shifted, my outer life began to change too. I moved beyond the limits I once believed were fixed, building a successful floristry business from scratch, something my earlier mindset would never have allowed. For seven years, it flourished, yet over time, I realised that success without alignment didn’t feel fulfilling.
That realisation led me to pause and listen inward again, and ultimately into the work I do today.
I now support people who feel stuck in familiar patterns, whether that’s fear, anxiety, self-doubt, phobias, emotional triggers, or a sense of knowing there’s more available to them, but not knowing how to reach it.
My approach blends mindset coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to work gently with both the conscious and subconscious drivers behind behaviour. This isn’t about forcing change or pretending everything is positive; it’s about helping you feel safe within yourself again, so confidence, freedom, and ease can grow naturally.
Meaningful change doesn’t come from eliminating fear altogether. It comes from learning how to relate to it differently, so it no longer runs the show.

Workplace & Corporate Wellbeing
Alongside my 1:1 work, I also support organisations through practical, evidence-informed wellbeing workshops designed to help employees regulate stress, calm the nervous system and improve focus. Sessions are available in 60-minute, 90-minute, half-day and full-day formats, delivered in person or online.
