Introducing the Reset & Restore Workshop + Spa

This is exactly why I’ve created the Reset and Restore Workshop and Spa, a half-day experience designed to gently release what’s been and consciously step into what’s next.

Where: Chapel House, Penzance
When: 17th January, 10am – 2pm
Who: This is a women-only workshop, intentionally created as a safe and supportive space. Mixed groups will be available in future workshops.
