Reducing Wedding Day Nerves and Beyond
During my talk, I’ll be sharing simple, practical ways to reduce stress and calm wedding-day nerves using EFT and gentle mindset tools.
I’ll also be sharing something personal.
When I got married, I had no interest whatsoever in writing my own wedding vows.
Not because I didn’t care, but because I was terrified of public speaking.
The idea of standing in front of people and speaking from the heart felt overwhelming. So I avoided it altogether.
Fast forward to now…
After coaching and EFT, I feel genuinely happy and confident speaking to an audience. I’ve since delivered workshops and talks worldwide, something I never would have believed possible back then.
When I look back, there’s a tiny tinge of regret, not something I hold onto, just an awareness that if I’d had these tools at the time, I would have loved to write my own vows.
And that’s exactly why I do this work.
EFT for Weddings, It’s Not Just About the Big Day
EFT can help with:
Wedding day nerves and anxiety
Fear of public speaking (vows, speeches, or being the centre of attention)
Worries about family dynamics or expectations
Letting go of stress after the wedding
The emotional “wedding blues” that can sometimes follow such a big event
It gently takes the edge off fear, worry, upset, and overwhelm, whatever stage of the wedding journey you’re in.
I’ll be talking about all of this at the fair and offering a live demo so you can experience how calming and grounding it can feel.
